The intension was to build an ultra light modern bass and the results are excellent. By combining a Paulownia body, capped with a Poplar burled top results in a super light weight body. The Roasted Maple neck also reduces weight whilst delivering a super rigid and responsive neck. Hipshot Ultralight tuners and a Babicz bridge reduce the weight further resulting in a well balanced bass that delivers excellent ergonomics and  less fatigue over a night of performing.
